【学科结构的几个范本】 哈佛、斯坦佛、麻省理工（普林）、耶鲁、加州理工

突出主干/中而精的代表：麻省理工、普林斯顿
突出医学/大而壮的代表：哈佛
突出文社/大而虚的代表：耶鲁
专注理工/小而精的代表：加州理工
加州理工排名每况愈下，影响力仅仅限于学术圈，即使是学术圈也拼不过哈斯麻。
耶鲁的本科还在顶流，但是学科实力/综合排名也掉队。

资源够的话，斯坦佛模式肯定是最好的。
理科顶级（这个最重要）
工科顶级
生医顶级
其他可有可无的学科也顶级
而且斯坦佛没有农学、药学这种州立大学才开设的学院。 MIT毕竟没有医学院，精度美国No 1，但是刷总量总是刷不过哈佛、斯坦佛。医学对科研的贡献%过大。 董老师 发表于 2025-3-12 08:18
麻省大学的结构最合理？
在我眼里，结构合理性排序就是这个：
学科齐全/大而强的代表：斯坦佛
突出主干/中而精的代表：麻省理工
突出医学/大而壮的代表：哈佛
突出文社/大而虚的代表：耶鲁

和学科结构没有什么关系。
本质上是盎撒的哈佛耶鲁，盎撒/国防部的麻省理工，nasa的加州理工，硅谷的斯坦福。
普林斯顿应该是美国独立战争时期发挥了重要作用从而赢得了地位。
否则为啥不是哥大，为啥不是宾大。
当然普林斯顿的学术地位是因为数学继承了哥廷根学派，还有普林斯都高等研究院接收了爱因斯坦，但本质上是因为地位高，所以别人才投奔。

醒醒，科大医学院都建立5年了，生医全国重点实验室新增都1+1了。

本帖其实不想谈论中国高校像谁，免得口水。所有中国高校都想成为斯坦佛（甚至加强版的MIT+斯坦佛）。
上交的理工地位比MIT差太多，MIT理科第一、工科第一，上交在理工科都是顶流末的水平。只有清华的理工、科大的理比较像MIT，但是清华的学科齐全度/规模更大、更像斯坦佛。 ustcharvard 发表于 2025-3-12 09:59

承认错误就好，不能带偏见/成见，对别人的发展视而不见。再说，那几个医学强的，哪个不是吃的现成的肥肉，得了好处偷偷乐就行了，又不是你自己的能力？
至于商学，谁说就必须招文科生？理科生用理工工具解决人文问题很难吗？你跟我说人文素养/中英文语言能力，理科生一样能做好。我们那会儿高中文理分班的时候，大部分都是理科学不下去被迫走文科班路线。 本帖最后由 抄袭女王 于 2025-3-12 11:53 编辑

尼科MF认可度已经和两财一贸相当，甚至略有优势了。毕竟尼科MF可以转码，选调，深造。比凉菜一毛选择面更广。
综合就业+生源，尼科MF仅次于清北复交人。
趁金融行情低迷，可以逆势扩张，将来金融重新受捧时便可摘取果实。
毕竟金融不会像土木建筑一样，持续低迷下去。

金融、经济学本来就是应用数学的分支。数学不好的文科生能学好这些？
理科生把自己英文和口才练好，在金融/管理岗大有可为。

哈佛医学庞大贡献了50%以上的科研数据，相当于巨无霸JHU医学院的体量甚至比JHU医学院还大？ 另外，哈佛理科是仅次于MIT的存在，排理科第二有了主心骨。 幸亏华人不占主流。。。
