从所发表论文层次来看,是一位科研水平很不错的年富力强的教授,其合作者中科院上海技术物理所的胡伟达教授的论文层级也很不错:
周鹏,教授,博士生导师。复旦大学微电子学院副院长,2019年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,同年入选万人计划领军人才,2018年入选科技部中青年创新领军人才,同年入选上海市“曙光人才”计划,2016年获国家自然基金委优秀青年资助。2013年获上海市科技“启明星”计划资助,主持“上海市微纳器件与工艺专业技术服务平台”。长期从事集成电路新材料、新器件和新工艺的研究。利用新材料发明了高速与非易失兼得的新型存储技术,实现了高面积效率单晶体管逻辑原位存储技术,获得了高性能存储器件,高效率算法和验证性芯片。主持了国家自然科学杰出青年基金、应急重点项目、优秀青年科学基金、面上基金等项目,参与了多项国家《极大规模集成电路制造技术及成套工艺》重大专项项目,参与了科技部重点研发计划、973计划、863重大项目等。以第一/通讯作者已发表SCI论文100余篇,包括5篇 Nature Nanotechnology , 3篇 Nature Electroni cs , 4篇 Advanced Materials 等。近三年受邀在国内外会议做邀请报告50余次,任Wiley 期刊InfoMat(信息材料)副主编,作为客座编辑主持了 Small、Advanced Electronic Materials 和 Nanotechnology 等期刊专刊。

刘春森, 复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院青年研究员。2015年在吉林大学电子科学与技术学院获得微电子学士学位;2019年在复旦大学微电子学院获得博士学位;2019-2021年在复旦大学计算机学院从事博士后研究。基于能带结构设计新型存储器,提出了超快准非易失半浮栅存储技术和超快闪存技术;利用层状半导体上下表面沟道均可调制的特性,提出双表面沟道单晶体管逻辑门;在先进制程晶体管技术研究中,验证了具备高性能、低功耗的多桥沟道晶体管和狄拉克源晶体管等。相关工作发表在世界一流期刊和国际顶级会议上,部分工作被SCI高被引论文合集收录,并被人民日报、新华社等多家权威媒体报道。近五年以第一作者和通讯作者发表论文17篇,包括Nature Nanotechnology(4篇)、Advanced Materials(1篇)、Advanced Functional Materials(1篇)、Nano Letter(1篇)、Small(2篇)和IEDM(1篇)等。
