  第八届能源、电气和电力工程国际会议(CEEPE 2025)将于2025年4月25-27日在中国无锡召开,本届会议由江南大学和IEEE联合主办。历届会议得到了韩国首尔大学、美国加州大学伯克利分校、重庆大学、华南理工大学、中国南方电网广东电网有限责任公司及扬州大学等高校和机构的大力支持。




出版及检索

All submissions will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. The registered and presented papers will be published into CEEPE2025 Conference Proceedings, and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex and Scopus.
CEEPE文章将收录到会议论文集并由IEEE出版,文章将被Ei核心和Scopus检索。文章作者将被邀请参会做口头报告。

Prof. Hassan BevraniUniversity of Kurdistan, Iran / Doshisha University, JapanIEEE Fellow

Hassan Bevrani received PhD degree in electrical engineering from Osaka University in 2004. Currently, he is a full professor and the Program Leader of Micro/Smart Grids Research Center (SMGRC) at the University of Kurdistan. Over the years, he has worked as senior research fellow and visiting professor with Osaka University, Kumamoto University, Kyushu Institute of Technology, Doshisha University, Nagoya University (Japan), Queensland University of Technology (Australia), Centrale Lille (France), and Technical University of Berlin (Germany). He is the author/coauthor of 9 international books, 15 book chapters, and more than 500 journal/conference papers. Prof. Bevrani is a Fellow member of IEEE, and he was the gust editor of several volumes of Elsevier Energy Procedia and Energy Reports. His current research interests include Smart grid operation and control, power system stability, Microgrid dynamics and control, and Intelligent/robust control applications in power electric industry. Dr. Jessica J. BianGrid-X Partners • Wayne, IL, USAPast President of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES)

Dr. Jessica Bian serves as the 2024 Chair of IEEE Industry Engagement Committee. She was the President (2022-2023) of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES). She is a visionary leader and architect, has spearheaded electric power industry's reliability metrics and grid risk assessment. She is currently the Vice President of Grid Services at Grid-X Partners. Before that, she was with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Washington, DC. Previously, she was the Director of Performance Analysis at North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Under her leadership, a total of 18 industry-wide reliability indicators were established to determine grid reliability, adequacy, and associated risks. She is widely recognized as a pioneer and trusted world leader in the field. She is a Fellow of IEEE, and a member of the National Academy of Engineering.









Prof. King Jet TsengSingapore Institute of Technology, SingaporeFellow of IEEE, IET, IES

King-Jet Tseng was born in Singapore and received B.Eng. (First Class) and M.Eng. from National University of Singapore, and Ph.D. from Cambridge University in England. He has more than 30 years of academic, research, industrial and professional experience in electrical power and energy systems. He has been the Head of Power Engineering Division in Nanyang Technological University and the Board Member of the Singapore Green Building Council. He co-founded the Singapore-Berkeley Building Efficiency and Sustainability for the Tropics (SinBerBEST) program funded by Singapore’s National Research Foundation, and the Electrical Power Systems Integration Laboratory @ NTU, a Rolls-Royce research facility. He has graduated more 30 PhD students, published more than 300 papers and inspired a number of technology startup companies. He is a Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of IET, a Fellow of IES and registered as Chartered Engineer with UK Engineering Council. Currently, he is the Professor and Leader for Electrical Power Engineering at Singapore Institute of Technology, working on his vision of future urban electrical distribution architecture which can provide flexible and heterogeneous power quality.









Prof. Qing-Hua WuSouth China University of Technology, ChinaLife Fellow of IEEE; Fellow of IET, AAIA, CSEE; Deputy Editor-in-Chief of CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems  吴青华 教授, 华南理工大学

Qing-Hua Wu received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Queens University of Belfast (QUB), Belfast, U.K., in 1987. He was a Research Fellow and subsequently a Senior Research Fellow at QUB from 1987 to 1991. In 1991, he joined the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Loughborough University, Loughborough, U.K., as a Lecturer, where subsequently, he was appointed as a Senior Lecturer. In September 1995, he joined the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K., to take up his appointment to the Chair of Electrical Engineering at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. He is currently with the School of Electric Power Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, as a Distinguished Professor and the Director of the Energy Research Institute. He has authored or coauthored more than 440 technical publications, including 220 journal articles, 20 book chapters, and three research monographs published by Springer. His research interests include nonlinear adaptive control, mathematical morphology, evolutionary computation, power quality, and power system control and operation. Prof. Wu is a Life Fellow of IEEE, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and InstMC and a Chartered Engineer.
